3. Recruitment procedures and methods

This recruitment work is jointly organized and implemented by the Municipal Personnel Bureau and the Municipal Justice Bureau. (2) Registration

(3) Written test

(4) Qualification review and interview

After the written test, the interview candidates will be determined from high scores to low scores according to the written test scores in a ratio of 1:3 according to the number of positions in the recruitment plan. If the ratio is less than 1:3, the actual number will be used for interviews.

For candidates who participate in the interview, their qualifications will be reviewed when the interview notice is issued. At that time, candidates must submit their ID cards, graduation certificates (2009 full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary universities must submit the "Graduates Two-way Selection Recommendation Form"), relevant certificates of passing the national judicial examination or obtaining lawyer qualifications, household registration certificate, Original certificate of approval from the employer to apply and other supporting materials. Candidates who are unable to provide valid documents on the day of qualification review as required above or who fail the qualification review will be disqualified from the interview, and interview candidates will be replaced in order from high scores to low scores in the written test.

The interview will be conducted in the form of a structured interview. The total interview score is 100 points. After the interview score is reviewed by the examination supervisor, the examiner will notify the candidate on the spot.

After the interview, the candidate’s total score will be calculated using a percentage system based on the ratio of written test score accounting for 50% and interview score accounting for 50%.

(5) Physical examination

(7) Recruitment and management
