2, bearing maintenance
(1), the bearing cannot be cleaned with solvents such as diesel oil and kerosene, otherwise the grease in the bearing will be destroyed. Dust and sawdust can be removed with a dust gun.
(2) Due to the high-speed operation of the bearing, it is very important to replenish lubricating oil in time for the service life of the bearing, so a little lubricating oil should be added after working for 2-3 hours.
(3) In the process of processing wood, the resin and glue on the wood become fluid due to heating, which will affect the processing quality and reduce the service life of the bearing. In this case, before processing, clean the resin stuck on the bearing and stick it.
(4) Bearings that cannot rotate smoothly should be replaced immediately, and nuts, screws and gaskets must be replaced if damaged.
