Hangzhou Guolian Vocational and Technical College, referred to as "Hangzhou Vocational College", is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province and sponsored by the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government.

Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College, formerly known as Hangzhou Staff and Workers College, was formed by the merger of Hangzhou Machinery Workers College, Hangzhou Chemical Workers College, Hangzhou Textile Workers College, Hangzhou Silk Workers College, Hangzhou Light Industry Workers College and West Lake Electronic Workers College under the Economic Committee of Hangzhou. On this basis, it was formally established with the approval of the former State Education Commission 1998 and the approval of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province in 2002.
