1. Project content and construction scale: Putian Airport is positioned as a regional airport in my country and can meet the needs of aircraft such as A320 and B737 series. The overall planning is carried out according to the requirements of reducing the cost, and is constructed according to 4C, with 4D reserved; there are 10 machine seats, and 20 are planned for the long term; the planned land is 3,300 acres, and the long-term area is 3,750 acres. The design unit recommends Tingjiang River, Beigao Town, Licheng District, as the preferred site, and Jiaoxi River and Houhai Reclamation, Huating Town, Chengxiang District, as alternative sites. The runway length is 2400m×45m; the terminal building is designed as 10000㎡. The planned land area is 3,300 acres, and the long-term plan is 3,750 acres.

2. Reasons and conditions for project construction: The construction of Putian Airport is the need to promote the coordinated development of the "Western Hainan" region; it is the need to improve Fujian's comprehensive transportation system; it is the need to give full play to Mazu culture in Taiwan; It is the need to make Putian's characteristic economy bigger and stronger; it is the need to promote the integration of Putian tourism into the development of "Hercynian Tourism"; and it is the need to improve national defense support capabilities.

3. Total project investment: 850 million yuan. Cooperation mode: sole proprietorship, joint venture or cooperation.
