First, the candidate

Second, the recruitment conditions

(1) An applicant shall meet the following conditions:

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws, have good conduct, love and respect their posts, and abide by professional ethics;

Under the age of 3.40, the deadline is the first day of registration, that is,1born on or after February 27th, 982;

4. Have the professional background and ability required by the position. 5. For the 2023 college graduates who have not obtained the graduation certificate or degree certificate at the time of registration, under the premise of meeting other conditions for applying for the post, the "filling vacancy" mechanism can be implemented, and the check time of the above documents can be postponed to the registration link.

At that time, if the applicant cannot provide relevant documents, his application qualification will be cancelled;

6. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

(2) It is not applicable in any of the following circumstances:

1. Having received criminal punishment or being put on file for review;

Third, the recruitment process

(1) Publish a recruitment announcement

The recruitment announcement will be issued on February 20, 2023. Applicants can log on to the websites of Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau (), Tianjin Science and Technology Development Strategy Research Institute () and Tianjin Talent Service Center (/www.tjrc.com.cn).

The announcement time is 7 working days.

(2) Registration and qualification examination

The registration time is from February 27, 2023 to March 6, 2023, and recruitment is carried out throughout the year.

According to the requirements of job application, the applicant will send the following application materials to the recruitment mailbox zlyrs@tj.gov.cn, with the name of "Name-Major-Job Application".

For those who fail the qualification examination, clearly tell the reason.

(3) Qualification examination

Those who pass the qualification examination need to hold relevant application materials to the designated place for qualification re-examination (the specific time, place and relevant requirements of qualification re-examination will be notified separately), and those who fail the qualification re-examination will be disqualified; Failure to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place shall be deemed as automatic waiver of qualification.

(4) Evaluation

The assessment is conducted in the form of defense interview, mainly to assess the professional knowledge, professional ability, comprehensive quality and language expression ability of the post.

Examination score 100, passing line 60. Those whose grades are lower than the passing line cannot enter the physical examination and inspection.

The assessment result is the total score.

Rank the total scores from high to low, and determine the list of people who participate in the medical examination according to the proportion of the number of applicants for the position of 1: 1.

(5) Physical examination

Those who enter the medical examination should go to the designated hospital for medical examination at the specified time and pay their own expenses.

Physical examination items and standards are implemented with reference to the unified national civil service physical examination standards and procedures before the introduction of the Physical Examination Standards for Open Recruiters in Public Institutions.

Those who fail to participate in the physical examination and re-examination at the specified time and place due to reasons other than the recruitment unit shall be deemed to have given up automatically and be disqualified from entering the next stage.

(6) Investigation

Adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, objectivity and fairness, fully understand the candidates' morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty, focus on their political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance, and review the candidates' qualifications.

If it does not meet the requirements of the recruitment position after examination, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

Those who are not suitable for employment as staff of public institutions after investigation shall not be employed.

(7) Publicity

The candidates to be hired shall be determined by the Party Committee of the Institute through collective discussion and research, and publicized on the websites of Tianjin Science and Technology Bureau, Tianjin Science and Technology Development Strategy Research Institute, Tianjin Talent Service Center, and Northern Talent Network for 7 working days.

(8) Employment and filing

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employment contract shall be signed according to the regulations; If an employee fails to complete the employment procedures within the specified time due to personal reasons, his employment qualification will be cancelled.

Within one month after the signing of the employment contract, report to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for the record.
