English composition of recruiting athletes for school sports meeting

On the morning of April 29th, 2007, from 10:00 to 1 1:00, hundreds of millions of students from all over China participated in a national student sports activity. The Ministry of Education calls on students to exercise for one hour every day, hoping that they can work in good health for 50 years and enjoy their whole lives.

Personally, I think it's a good idea for us senior three students to exercise every day. It is worthwhile to spend an hour exercising every day, which helps us to strengthen our physique and keep a clear head. Therefore, we can work more effectively.
