Pinggu Talent Service Center is located at No.3 Xinping East Road, Pinggu District, Beijing. Its predecessor was Pinggu County Talent Exchange Service Center established in 1989. Pinggu talent market was established in 1999, which is combined with the "two brands and one set of people" in the center. With the rapid economic and social development in Pinggu District, the business of the center has been expanding. In February 2004, it was renamed as Pinggu Talent Service Center, and in September 2006, Pinggu Talent Market was renamed as Green Valley Talent Market.
