Third, the interview method

The interview is conducted by combining structured interview with practical work.

The percentage system is adopted in the interview, and the calculation method is as follows: according to the scores given to candidates by examiners, after removing the highest and lowest scores, the interview results of candidates are calculated with effective scores (two decimal places are reserved). Candidates' personal interview results will be announced in the waiting room after the exam.

After the interview, the ranking is determined by the total test scores of candidates who apply for this position. The total score is calculated as follows:

Total test score = written test score ×60%+ interview score ×40%. Candidates with a total score of ≤70 points will not be hired.
