What is the monthly salary of ordinary employees of Huawei?
Employees of the past two years. If it is a fresh graduate, then the master's degree is 5000, the undergraduate degree is 3500, and the work card subsidy is+1000. There is no consistent law on the recruitment of social organizations, not to mention the job-hopping of rivals such as ZTE Harbor. After the probation period, there is not much salary increase, and most of them still maintain this income level. The number of people recruited into Huawei by social organizations is usually high, but the number is small. There are many Huitong people, but the salary is generally not high. A few of them were originally outsourced, with long years and strong ability, and some were 70008000. Direct recruitment into Huitong, ordinary undergraduate work for two years, more than 3000 points are not few.
Work card subsidy, even if there is 1000, can only be counted as 800. Moreover, the food in the canteen is quite expensive, and the complementary food is not enough for three meals. In this way, even if it is a two-year master's degree, the annual salary before tax will be 60 K-70 K. It would be better if the salary could be raised a little, but there would be no essential change. In two years, the year-end bonus will be around 10K. And if there are only 3000-4000 clubs that recruit Huitong, it will be quite few. I know that many Huitong brothers with a monthly salary of 3,000 yuan live in the new world of Matishan. They don't have dinner in the company, but go to a roadside stall to eat fast food, which costs 4 yuan.
If I had come in two years earlier, my salary would have increased a little, with more year-end bonuses, and my annual salary could have reached about 100K K. If I had mixed well, I might have more. Forget about overseas. Don't mention subsidies and settling-in expenses in exchange for life, health or quality of life.
Huawei's, or more accurately, Huawei's old employees', greatly increased the income of (old) employees. For example, even if/kloc-0 joined the company in 1999, it only caught up with the last batch of employees who were divided into 1 yuan and 1 share. Up to now, there should be more than 100K K, and there are three-level department managers, which vary greatly according to the major departments of the system. Of course, it depends on the promotion time. But it should basically be in the range of 200 k-600 k The figures here refer to the number of shares, not the current market value.
18 or above is a group of people who want to "self-criticize", especially those who are already directors or have just reached the level where there is no director's pit to put this radish. This is also the place where many newcomers complain the most in this jar.
For example, a third-level department manager has been in the company for 6 -8 years, assuming (which may be coincidentally the same as the actual situation) that his monthly salary is15k,300k, then the total annual salary is 180K, and the dividend is 300K. Excluding work card subsidies and others, the annual income before tax is 5 10K, and there is a year-end bonus. There are more year-end awards in the market, but there are fewer. R&D is the opposite. In short, the market is slightly better when it is balanced, but it will not be too outrageous. If you don't deposit it in the bank or squander it, you can still put a few bundles on the balcony.
Does that sound good? The annual salary is more than 500 thousand, but he is a third-level department manager. Can't this be said that Huawei's income is high? This is also the source of social rumors.
But everything is afraid of the word serious. Further analysis reveals two problems.
1, monthly salary 15K should not be very high in Shenzhen, as far as the position of department manager is concerned. After all, Huawei's third-level department managers are not easy to do, and they are often people with more experience and good academic background. Most of the income actually comes from dividends. As a result, the old employees "lean on this big tree" and wait for the result year after year. When finished, put it on the balcony to dry.
But wait! Is dividend income earned from work? Or should it be counted as investment income? Or both? Might as well calculate it in detail. 300K, according to the current 3.94, the pre-tax market value reaches 1 182K, 1 182 thousand. After deducting the tax, there is also the income tax on the value-added part, which should be at least 850 thousand. Of course, some people will say, where does a lot of money come from? This is even more complicated, so please simplify it.
The annual dividend is 330,000 yuan, and the after-tax dividend is 264,000 yuan. Actually, at least 850,000 yuan was spent. The yield =26.4/85, which is roughly 3 1%. Whether this rate of return is high or low is a matter of opinion, and I don't want to say more. Compared with the housing market and stock market in recent years, it is obviously not good. Of course, compared with non-exceptional circumstances, it is still much higher than Warren Buffett's 24%.
After a long calculation, this is just to make a point. In fact, not all dividends are given to employees by Huawei, and some of them should be given to employees by employees' own money. But the proportion, everyone obviously has different views.
2. The second problem is more serious. As we all know, old employees use their income to provide for the elderly, and they don't make progress, improve, seek success but not fault, and even suppress the growth and promotion channels of new employees, with poor ability but high income. Not to mention the company's policies, it is more influenced by old employees. After all, there are many old employees as leaders. This obviously can't inspire future generations. Seriously, it will cause metabolic problems in the whole body of the company and catch chronic diseases.
What are we going to do? Of course, the top management won't know. It is impossible to expect new employees with a monthly salary of 3K and 5K to support high dividends for a long time. Old employees know nothing but "Huawei culture", not to mention being in management positions! This situation will change sooner or later. So DGDX came out. It is nothing more than increasing wage income and bonus income, and then reducing dividends, so that the incentive effect of the distribution mechanism returns to normal. But the actual effect is also different. Monks with crooked mouths will also recite scriptures crooked.
2. It is impossible to get high income in Huawei in just a few years. The myth of Li Yinan will not be repeated in Huawei today.
3. Every "action" can't be pulled down. Otherwise, we won't get along much better. For example:1distribution before 999, MBO, DGDX, if you don't miss it every time, you still want to bask in some money on the balcony. If you happen to change departments at that time, or your department is unlucky, or your level is not "one size fits all" at this time, your luck will run out.
Generally speaking, the questions in this article cannot be answered in one sentence. Having said so much, I hope I have made it clear.
