According to Article 12 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Online Booking of Taxi Operating Services?

A vehicle that intends to engage in online car rental business shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Passenger cars with 7 seats or less;

(2) Install vehicle-mounted satellite positioning device and emergency alarm device with driving record function;

(3) The technical performance of the vehicle meets the requirements of relevant operational safety standards.

The specific standards and operating requirements of vehicles shall be determined by the relevant taxi administrative departments in accordance with the development principles of quality service and differentiated operation, combined with local actual conditions.

Article 13 The taxi administrative department in the place where the service is located shall, according to the application of the vehicle owner or the online car rental platform company, issue the online car rental transportation certificate to the vehicles that meet the requirements and are registered as reserved taxis according to the conditions stipulated in Article 12.

If the city people's government has other provisions on the issuance of the "Network Appointment Taxi Transport Certificate" for online car rental, those provisions shall prevail.

Article 14 A driver engaged in online car service shall meet the following conditions:
