Dongguan DJI Electronics specializes in producing DC plug

Follow the steps: (1) Unplug the peripheral connection and turn off the power switch. After unplugging the power cord, you can begin to disassemble the host. The first step in removing the host is to unplug all peripheral cables on the back of the chassis. There are two main ways to unplug the peripheral from the computer: one is to directly unplug the plug, such as keyboard cable, PS/2 mouse cable, power cable, USB cable, etc. Another kind of plug needs to loosen the fixing screws on both sides of the plug first, and then pull it out, such as the display signal line plug.

(2) Open the case cover, unplug all peripheral devices, and then open the case. The fixing screws of the chassis cover are mostly at the rear edge of the chassis. You can remove the chassis cover by unscrewing a few screws with a Phillips screwdriver.

(3) Remove the adapter card, insert the graphics card into the expansion slot of the motherboard, and fix it on the bar window on the back of the chassis with screws. When removing the interface card, first unscrew the screw that is fixed on the upper edge of the bar window with a screwdriver, then pinch the upper edge of the interface card with both hands and pull it up vertically.

(4) Unplug the data cable of the driver. One end of the data line of the hard disk, floppy disk and CD-ROM drive is plugged into the driver, and the other end is plugged into the interface socket of the motherboard. Hold both ends of the data cable plug and pull it out smoothly in the horizontal direction. There are two points to pay attention to when unplugging the data cable of the driver: First, don't pull the data cable down to avoid damaging it; The second is to pay attention to the direction of pulling in order to recover.

(5) Unplug the power plug of the inverter. The power plug of hard disk and CD-ROM drive is a big four-pin plug, and the power plug of floppy drive is a small four-pin plug. Pull out horizontally. Please pay attention to the direction when installing and restoring. Generally, you can't insert it in the opposite direction. Reverse forced insertion will damage the drive when the power is turned on.

(6) Remove the driving device. Hard disk, floppy disk and CD-ROM drive are all fixed on the drive bracket on the chassis panel. When removing the drive, please unscrew the screws that fix the drive on both sides of the drive bracket (some fixing screws are on the panel), and then pull the drive forward. When unscrewing the last screw of the hard disk, hold the hard disk with your hands. Be careful when the hard disk falls, it will be damaged if it falls lightly.

(7) Unplug the power plug of the motherboard. The power plug is plugged into the motherboard power socket. ATX power plug is a double-row 20-pin plug with a small plastic card. You can hold the ATX power plug and unplug it.

(8) Other plugs that need to be unplugged may include CPU fan power plug, audio cable plug between optical drive and sound card, plug between motherboard and chassis, SB-LINK plug between sound card and motherboard, etc. When unplugging these plugs, records should be made, such as the color of plug wire, the location of sockets and the arrangement of pins of sockets. , to facilitate repair.

(9) hard disk and CPU protection, all parts should be handled with care, especially the hard disk, which will die if it falls. Do not squeeze the hard disk and optical drive; When removing the CPU, be sure to lift the clip of the CPU first, then gently pick up the CPU, and pay attention to the pulling direction for installation; When installing CPU, be sure to see the pins and directions clearly, align them before placing them, and don't squeeze them hard. If the direction is wrong, a little improper force may cause the pins to break or deform and the CPU will be scrapped.
