1. In order to strengthen the labor protection in the company's production work, improve the working conditions, protect the safety and health of workers in the production process, and promote the development of the company's cause, this regulation is formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national safety production law, labor protection laws and regulations, and combined with the actual situation of the company.

2. The company's safety production work must implement the policy of "safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management", and implement the general manager (legal representative) responsibility system. Leaders at all levels should adhere to the principle of "managing production must be safe", and production should obey the needs of safety to achieve safe and civilized production.

3. The Company's Safety Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Safety Committee) is the organization and leading body of the company's safety production, which is composed of company leaders and heads of relevant departments. The daily affairs of the Safety Committee shall be handled by the Office of the Safety Production Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Office of the Safety Committee).
