There is a salary.

1. The salary of employees during the probation period shall not be lower than 80% of the official salary agreed in the labor contract, and shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard;

2. The employer shall settle the salary when the labor contract is dissolved or terminated according to law, or pay it on the next payday;

3. Employees who leave their jobs during the probation period should apply three days in advance. If the labor contract is terminated illegally, the laborer shall be liable for compensation.

According to the Labor Contract Law

Article 20 The wages of workers during the probation period shall not be lower than 80% of the minimum wage of the same position in the unit or the wage agreed in the labor contract, and shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard in the place where the employer is located.

Article 37 A laborer may terminate the labor contract by giving a written notice to the employing unit 30 days in advance. The employee may terminate the labor contract by notifying the employer three days in advance during the probation period.

Article 90 If a laborer terminates a labor contract in violation of the provisions of this Law, or violates the confidentiality obligations or non-competition restrictions stipulated in the labor contract, thus causing losses to the employing unit, he shall be liable for compensation.

According to the Interim Provisions on Wage Payment

Seventh wages must be paid on the date agreed by the employer and the employee. In case of holidays or rest days, payment should be made in advance on the nearest working day. Wages are paid at least once a month. If the weekly, daily and hourly wage system is implemented, wages can be paid by the week, day and hour.

Article 9 If the labor contract is dissolved or terminated by both parties in labor relations according to law, the employing unit shall pay the employee's salary in one lump sum when dissolving or terminating the labor contract.
