What qualities must an accountant who is most attractive to recruiters have?

(1) Rich working experience. Generally speaking, middle and senior accounting talents with several years of accounting experience and some accounting qualification certificates, such as certified public accountants, ACCA, CGA, etc., will become "hot items" in the market.

(2) Learning ability and adaptability. With the development of the market, the popularization and application of enterprise financial accounting computerization, ERP, MIS and other systems put forward higher requirements for accountants' learning ability and ability to adapt to changes.

(3) Honest, simple and practical. Accountants must be moral, honest and clean, conscientious and not vain. Accounting work is often dealing with some complicated details, which requires practitioners to be down-to-earth, diligent and have a good attitude, and to be able and willing to do small things well.
