The second is the degree of concern, because after the Qing dynasty entered the customs, Kangxi Qianlong made a detour to the Ming Tombs to pay homage to the south of the Yangtze River in order to win over the Manchu nationality and win the hearts of the people. They even erected a monument in front of the Ming Tombs, writing "Governing the Tang and Song Dynasties". The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom and the Republic of China came to the Ming Tombs without exception, and first expressed their determination to drive away foreign enemies. Throughout the Ming Dynasty, the Ming Tombs were always the base of ancestors and were highly respected.

In the Qing dynasty, in order to win the hearts of the people, the rulers promulgated special laws to protect the cemetery. Even during Kangxi's southern tour, he sent officials to worship six times and personally visited his home five times. Gan Long will burn incense and offer wine for his six southern tours to the Ming Tombs. On February 6th, 2005, Sun Yat-sen led officials of Nanjing Provisional Government to visit the Ming Tombs and offered sacrifices to Ming Taizu. It can be seen that no matter in which era, the rulers' admiration for the Ming Tombs actually played a protective role. The third is geographical location, because the Ming Tombs are close to the urban area. If grave robbers patronize, they will be easily found and have no chance to do it.
