The interview results show that the delivery time of takeaway food is mostly concentrated at noon and afternoon, which is different from the two-end model of express delivery companies in the morning, pickup in the afternoon, and rest in between. How to effectively use the free time of express delivery personnel and whether they can join the O2O distribution team of e-commerce are all directions worth thinking about.
