How much does a Harbin junior middle school English tutoring class cost now? Is it usually two hours or one and a half hours?

I have a relative who lives in Harbin. Her child’s tutoring (a teacher who has been teaching in school for more than 15 years) costs 60 yuan to 80 yuan an hour, which increases by grade. Time is determined based on child or parent request, but is always measured in hours. It would be much cheaper to hire a college student with no experience at school, 20 yuan an hour, but the effect would be hugely inferior.
