How to hire an attending dentist?

The attending dentist can only be employed after the following procedures.

1) application form for practicing registration of doctors/nurses;

(2) the identity certificate of the applicant;

(three) the applicant's academic qualifications and clinical practice certificate in professional study;

(four) health qualification examination results qualified certificate;

(5) A certificate issued by the health administrative department of the people's government of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government that the medical institution has given the applicant a physical examination within 6 months;

(6) Relevant materials to be employed by medical and health institutions.
