Does Zhongmu belong to Zhengzhou?

Zhongmou county is located between 34 26'-34 56' north latitude and113 46'-1412' east longitude, and is located in the hinterland of the Central Plains and on the bank of the Yellow River. East of central Henan Province, it belongs to Zhengzhou City. Kaifeng, the ancient capital, is adjacent to Zhengzhou, the provincial capital in the east, xinzheng city and Weishi County in the south, and Yuanyang in the north by the Yellow River. The maximum length from north to south is 55 kilometers, and the maximum width from east to west is 39 kilometers, with a total area of 1406 square kilometers.

Zhongmu was called Putian in ancient times, and the county was first established in the Western Han Dynasty. In the twelfth year of Emperor Wudi's reign (BC 195), it was called Zhongmou and other countries, and it was restored to the county in the fifth year of Emperor Wudi's reign (BC 1 12). In the first year of Emperor Kai of Sui Dynasty (58 1), it was renamed Neimou, and in the eighteenth year, it was renamed Putian. In the third year of Tang Wude (620), Mouzhou was established, and in the fourth year of Tang Wude, Mouzhou was still a county.

Since then, although the administrative subordination has changed a lot, the county name has not changed so far, and most administrative offices are within the jurisdiction of today's county. After the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC), Zhongmou was subordinate to Chenliu District, Zhengzhou District and Kaifeng District, and was placed under the jurisdiction of Zhengzhou City in July 1983.

At present, the reign of Emperor Gaozu in Zhengzhou belongs to the old city county. Five years in Ding Yuan, Liu Che (formerly 1 12), the city belongs to zhongmou county. After the Eastern Han Dynasty, the name "Guan Yi" was gradually replaced by "Guancheng" and belonged to zhongmou county.

After the Northern Zhou Dynasty destroyed the Northern Qi Dynasty, the Northern Yuzhou was changed to Xingzhou, and the state ruled the elevation. During this period, Guancheng (now Guancheng District of Zhengzhou City) has been under the jurisdiction of zhongmou county.

The Sui Dynasty changed Zhengzhou into a prefecture, and the prefecture moved to Guancheng, which was also separated from Zhongmou as a county.

During the Five Dynasties, Zhengzhou governed seven counties including Guancheng, Xinzheng and Xingyang. Liang Hou enfeoffed Kaifeng House, and Zhong Mou enfeoffed Kaifeng House at the end of Jin Dynasty.

After Zhu Yuanzhang established the Ming Dynasty, he reformed local construction nationwide and implemented a three-level system of province, government (Zhili Prefecture) and county. Xingyang County, Yingze County, Yin He County, surabaya county, zhongmou county, Xinzheng County and Mixian County all belong to Kaifeng Prefecture.
