State Grid’s campus recruitment uses an online application method and will not go to colleges and universities for recruitment. The registration process is as follows:

1. Recruitment registration: Using online registration, applicants log in to the State Grid Corporation of China Human Resources Recruitment Platform (), follow the online application process, register as a user, log in to the recruitment management system, and accurately fill in their personal information. Application information, and upload scanned copies of employment recommendation forms, school transcripts, computer and foreign language proficiency certificates and other relevant materials.

2. Qualification review: The qualifications of the candidates will be reviewed, and the shortlisted candidates will be notified through mobile phone text messages, phone calls, etc. to enter the recruitment test. Please ensure that the contact information is filled in accurately and the communication tools are open. Those who are not shortlisted will not be notified.

3. Recruitment test: The recruitment test is divided into written test and interview. The written examination and interview will be organized by each branch, and the specific time will be notified separately.

4. Confirm recruitment: Preliminarily determine the candidates to be hired based on the results of the recruitment test, and organize physical examinations for the graduates to be hired.
