According to the "Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province" and other regulations, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Application conditions

(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and abiding by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Graduation of foreign teaching and research institutions at the same time refers to overseas students who study in foreign teaching and research institutions and graduate with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.

(six) students from Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications of ordinary colleges and universities in mainland China and other residents of Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications recognized by mainland China shall apply according to the relevant provisions of the state and our province.

Second, registration.

(2) Online confirmation

1. 24 hours after the applicants submit their registration information online (postponed on holidays), they can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination of the recruitment department (unit).

2. There is no registration fee and examination fee for this open recruitment, and the registration is successful after passing the preliminary examination.

3. Those who fail to confirm the registration qualification on time and upload photos online are deemed invalid.

(3) Matters needing attention in registration

1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35X45) photo without a hat, in jpg format, with the size not exceeding 20Kb.

The recruitment department (unit) conducts the audit according to the information provided by the candidates.

Candidates who practise fraud will be disqualified once they are verified.

2. Long-term recruitment positions, no test ratio.

7 working days after the announcement, according to the registration situation, organize the assessment by yourself.

The position stops when it is full.

3. Applicants can only select one position from the position table to register.

After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed.

Candidates who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period.

Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination room must be consistent.

4. In any of the following circumstances, please do not apply:

(1) Servicemen and non-fresh graduates from colleges and universities;

(2) Those who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the institution shall not apply for the positions of organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, and financial auditing of the institution; Those who have the above-mentioned relationship with the existing on-the-job personnel, management positions that form a direct relationship between superiors and subordinates after arriving at the post, and positions that should be avoided clearly in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions shall not be employed;

The content of the trial lecture focuses on the professional knowledge and comprehensive ability related to the requirements of the recruitment position, mainly testing the educational and teaching ability of the candidates, and evaluating the classroom teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching organization and teaching effect.

The passing score of the trial lecture is 70 (full mark 100), and candidates will be informed of the trial lecture results on the spot.

The total score of candidates is calculated by the percentage system, and the total score is 100.

Calculation method of final grade: final grade = trial grade × 100%. Among those who pass the trial, according to the order from high score to low score, the candidates for physical examination and inspection are determined according to the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position: 1.

2. The assessment method for recruiting doctoral management positions is interview.

The interview was conducted in accordance with the method formulated by Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Architecture.

The interview mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality needed to perform the job responsibilities.

The interview adopts a structured interview to assess the job knowledge and comprehensive quality of the candidates.

The qualified line of interview results is 70 points (full score 100), and the candidates will be informed of the interview results on the spot.

The total score of candidates is calculated by the percentage system, and the total score is 100.

Calculation method of final grade: final grade = interview grade × 100%. Among those who pass the interview, according to the order from high score to low score, the candidates for physical examination and investigation are determined according to the number of people to be employed in each recruitment position: 1.

Candidates will be informed of the specific assessment time and place of each position by telephone or SMS. Those who fail to participate in the assessment according to the notification requirements are deemed to have given up automatically.

(2) Qualification examination

Before the interview, Jiangsu Institute of Architecture and Technology will examine the qualifications of the interviewers.

Candidates will be informed of the time and place of specific qualification review by telephone or SMS.

Candidates who fail to participate in the qualification review on time can't get in touch with the candidates according to the contact information provided by them, or give up the trial (or interview) after contact, which will be treated as giving up the assessment.

The originals of the following materials shall be submitted during the review, and 1 copy shall be provided.

1. ID card, academic qualifications obtained at various stages, degree certificates, professional and technical post qualification certificates and other supporting materials required for recruitment positions;

2. Domestic fresh graduates provide transcripts issued by their institutions, graduates' two-way employment recommendation forms and graduates' employment agreements uniformly printed by provincial education administrative departments;

3. The academic degree certificate of foreign countries (territories) must be certified by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

Fourth, physical examination and investigation

After the examination, the total score of candidates shall be determined according to the total score calculation method, and among the qualified personnel in each individual examination (test), the physical examination personnel shall be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1.

The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).

The employing unit shall organize an inspection of those who have passed the medical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the inspection and medical examination results.

The list of candidates will be published on the Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security website for 7 working days.

The publicity contents include post number, recruiting unit, post name, name of the person to be hired, education background, major, graduation institution, current work unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.

If the applicant's inspection or physical examination does not meet the requirements, or the publicity result of the candidate to be hired affects the employment, or the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment, or the employment position is vacant for other reasons, the school will decide to make a one-time replacement.

After the employment is approved or put on record, it will not be renewed.

After the employment is approved by publicity without objection, the employing unit shall go through the relevant employment procedures, sign an employment contract with it, and stipulate the probation period.

After the probation period expires, those who meet the requirements after examination will continue to be employed according to the relevant provisions of post management; If the examination fails, the employment qualification will be cancelled and the employment relationship will be terminated.

If the personnel to be employed generally conclude an employment contract with the recruiting unit for more than 3 years (inclusive), in addition to dissolving the employment contract according to law, they should also serve in the school for 3 years (including the probation period).

If the employing unit fails to sign an employment contract with the employing unit within the prescribed time limit, or the on-the-job personnel cannot provide proof of dissolution of the relationship with the original unit, or the fresh graduates fail to obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate on schedule, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
