The entrance to the 2023 Hunan Library Examination is the Hunan Human Resources Examination Registration System. The registration time is from 0: 00 on June 6, 2023 to 24: 00 on October 8, 2023/kloc-0. You can register within the specified time.

I. Application materials

Upload materials:

1. Registration Form for Public Recruiters in Institutions of Hunan Province;

2. My valid ID card (front and back) and the original academic degree certificate (at the same time, the electronic registration filing form of the academic degree certificate of the Ministry of Education of Xue Xin is provided. Com) and related materials required for the position. Fresh graduates are also required to provide graduates' employment recommendation form (stamped with the official seal of the school).

3. Recent 1 inch electronic photos with the same color.

4. Applicants for the existing work unit must be issued by the unit or the competent department to agree to enter the examination and affix the official seal of the unit (provided after the physical examination).

5. If the recruitment position clearly requires work experience, the applicant must provide proof of work experience (affix the official seal of the work unit or provide proof of social security payment).

Second, the examination content

1. The written test content is mainly about the public basic knowledge and professional related knowledge of the positions applied for, with a total score of 100.

2. The interview adopts a structured interview method, which mainly evaluates the image temperament, language expression, adaptability and comprehensive analysis ability of the candidates, with a total score of 100.

3. The total score is converted into a comprehensive score according to the percentage system, in which the written test accounts for 50% of the comprehensive score and the interview accounts for 50% of the comprehensive score.
