Celanese's recruitment in Shanghai this year was outsourced to a consulting company, and both sides were done by this human resources consulting company. There is no leader in the group discussion. There are eight people in a group, all of whom have school education, but they feel that there are more graduate students. The case is a combination of Chinese and English. It is not difficult to talk about some practical problems encountered by Celanese, and it is necessary to play the role of leaders of different departments to discuss solutions. Of course, everyone should try to benefit his department. It's not difficult. Our group is also very harmonious. The almost 40-minute group meeting went smoothly, but it was embarrassing that HR completely ignored us. Finally, we asked many times before taking care of whether it should be over. . . Sweating. . . . Next, I waited anxiously for about 4 days and received a one-sided notice. Still this outsourcing company, combining Chinese and English, only in your leadership, teamwork, integrity and so on. Is a very common problem, not particularly difficult, unless you encounter HR in a bad mood. . . Anyway, mine. HR is very nice, and we had a good chat. Tell me there was a notice within a week, but more than a week passed without a word. Just when I thought it was hopeless again, the phone rang! But sadly, I was in class and was asked to be there within an hour. I don't know what happened in the middle, but I should at least try. So I hurried there. People often say that when hopes are too high, I may be disappointed. When I arrived, Alice from the HR department came to chat with me and felt that there should be no problem. I don't think the last side should be too tough, so I'm a little underestimating my enemy. . . Who knows, I finally met my early school sister BOSS. . . As soon as she introduced herself, I felt I was seen through. I really didn't have the ability to do a case study of something I hadn't done. . . I had hoped that the consultant's framework would calm me down first, but I couldn't find the boss's potential conditions or understand her way of thinking. . . This process is very fast, because I feel that the BOSS is very disappointed. After going out, due to the company's practice, I need someone to accompany me out. Everyone knows I'm an intern, so I said I'm one of our own. I went out directly, and I felt very touched at that time, but maybe the fate was not enough ~ I felt that I still had to prepare in many ways during the interview. Because I basically gave up consulting and didn't prepare relevant cases, I suffered a lot. I simply ate some in the company canteen at noon, which really didn't taste good and didn't feel very good. In a daze, I went back to the dormitory to adjust my mentality, and then there were various written interviews. Anyway, I was lucky and saved my life!
