Interviews and interview attire issues

As a recruiter, I feel a little anxious after reading the text written by the poster. The first step in applying for a job is self-confidence. Only if you have confidence in yourself will I have the confidence to hire you!

First of all, about the interview attire. Just be simple and formal. The poster is facing an interview in the spring. Since I don’t know the gender of the poster, I provide general clothing suggestions:

1. Black/dark blue suit jacket, plain shirt (white/off-white/light blue), trousers for men Leather shoes/women's medium-heeled leather shoes (heels 3-6 cm, not too much decoration) Metal surface watches (color sports watches/fashion watches do not need to be worn) Leather bags

2. If the day of the interview is cold, add A windbreaker or thick trench coat. You can’t go wrong with a darker color.

3. It’s raining! What to do about this annoying situation? ! Put the interview shoes in your bag and prepare two large, sturdy plastic bags. Enter a relatively dry area near the company, take off the shoes you wore in the rain, and put on clean leather shoes. Wrap the replaced shoes in a plastic bag and put them into your purse.

Secondly, regarding the interview questions. Chemical companies have a more rigorous style than general furniture/FMCG companies. So it’s OK to answer whatever you ask.

In the first interview, you will often encounter questions about personal information, and you may also encounter questions about chemistry.

Frequently asked questions and answers to personal information issues:

1. Briefly introduce yourself. Answer: Name, what school you are from, major of study, student of XX class, want to develop in XX direction.

2. Tell me about your major. Answer: School name, major name, (professional direction), famous teachers, professional courses, and your own achievements (if you have scholarships or excellent papers, you can introduce them here).

3. Your career plan. Just say a 3-5 year plan.

It is normal for fresh graduates to be nervous when participating in corporate interviews. One week before the interview, start asking yourself interview questions, answer them by yourself, and ask questions about your answers. This kind of training is very useful.

It all comes from the original experience of the interviewer, I wish you good luck~
