Why did Yintai City choose Daicun in Xiaoshan?

Because this is a tourist town in the south of Xiaoshan. Starting from the main city of Hangzhou, take Times Avenue all the way south, and after passing Binjiang, Xianghu and Yiqiao, it is Daicun, which belongs to the outer suburbs of Hangzhou. The core block in Daicun is surrounded by mountains, and Shili Changxi is embedded in it. The Yunshan Panshan Highway winds around the mountainside like a jade belt, and the "most beautiful forest road" with a total length of more than 4 kilometers is a string of natural and cultural historical attractions along the way.

Xiaoshan has released the industrial planning of "two belts and two corridors", which will plan four industrial corridors starting from the center of Hangzhou. One of them, along Times Avenue and its extension line, runs through the whole south of Xiaoshan, and is called "Times Wisdom Corridor".

Xiaoshan and Yintai started a strategic cooperation to build a "rural tourism town" in Daicun Yunshi Tourism Resort. The planned area of the town is 5.59 square kilometers, and the core construction area is 1.5 square kilometers. The theme of the town is to build a living town with the elements of agriculture and tourism.

The town will build a "mountain, water, fields, tea and food" five-music town with functions of leisure, recreation and residence on the basis of agricultural tourism in the core blocks of Fairy Lake and Sanqingyuan, that is, the hydrophilic life center of Fairy Lake with complex functions, the "landscape-style" modern field paradise experience area, the theme leisure valley intertwined with mountains and rivers, the quiet and thoughtful parent-child sports park experience area and the water vein.
