Taihe Town is located in the middle of Baiyun District, the geometric center of Guangzhou, and is one of the central towns of Guangzhou 15. Taihe Town Center is 8 kilometers away from Guangzhou downtown/KLOC-0 in the south and 8 kilometers away from Baiyun International Airport in the north. Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, Shatai Road, Xinguangcong Highway, National Highway 105 (Guanghua Road) and National Highway 106 run through the town from north to south, and the First Ring Road and the North Second Ring Road run through the town from east to west.
