Beijing Fangshan Industrial Park East Zone is located 20 kilometers southwest of Beijing, located in Yancun Town in the east of Fangshan District, formerly known as "Beijing Yanfang Industrial Park". Area B is located in the southeast, covering an area of 108 mu, and plans to invest 77 mu of industrial land; Area C in the northwest covers an area of 4 18 mu. At present, Beijing Chinese-funded Yanjing Automobile Co., Ltd. has successfully settled in; The southwest is Area D, covering an area of 225 mu. At present, the northeastern part of the area has been successfully settled in Beiyao Hi-Tech Huijin Radiation Technology Application Co., Ltd., and the remaining industrial land is 2 10 mu, which needs to be invited for investment. The total surplus land in the park is 3 16 mu, including 288 mu for industrial use, 0/5 mu for commercial facilities and 0/0 mu for heating.
