Conditions for recruiting special post general practitioners in poverty-stricken hospitals in Guizhou Province in 2022

(a) the Municipal Health Commission is responsible for organizing the on-the-job training for those who have not participated in the training of general medical knowledge. According to the requirements of "General Practitioner Training Program for Primary Medical and Health Institutions (Trial)", the recruited special post general practitioners were trained in business skills and organized to take the unified graduation examination in the whole province. For those who pass the examination, the Provincial Health and Wellness Committee will issue the Certificate of General Practitioner Transfer Training.

(two) the salary income of the recruited special post general practitioners is linked to the salary income level of clinicians with the same conditions in county-level public medical institutions. During the service period, the salary income of special post general practitioners is not less than 60,000 yuan per year.

(3) Each city and state shall submit the Summary of Liaison Personnel of Cities and States (counties and districts) (see Annex 2) to the Personnel Department of the Provincial Health and Wellness Commission before July 15. During the implementation of the work, all localities are requested to give timely feedback on their work experience, suggestions and existing problems to the Personnel Department of the Provincial Health and Wellness Committee. After the recruitment, the municipal health and health committees should supervise and guide the county (district) health bureau to sign a contract with the recruited special post general practitioners and send them to township hospitals as soon as possible to carry out their work. At the same time, each city and state should submit the recruitment summary, the Registration Form of Basic Information of Special Post General Practitioners, the Statistical Table of Basic Information of Special Post General Practitioners and other related materials to the Personnel Department of the Provincial Health and Wellness Commission within one week after the recruitment.
