1. Closely contact and cooperate with the marketing department, understand the latest market demand, conduct feasibility study and establish product research and development projects.

2. Lead the research and development of new coatings products and the improvement projects of original products.

3. Responsible for writing product research and development reports and related technical documents.

4. Responsible for assisting the customer service department and the sales department to handle product complaints related to customers.
