Earthworms need oxygen to grow, but they mainly rely on oxygen in the soil to survive, so it is necessary to ensure the permeability of the soil. If there is no oxygen in the soil, the earthworm will turn dark brown, crawl slowly and eventually die. Therefore, in the process of breeding, it is necessary to loosen the soil properly to improve the permeability of the soil, and do not use hoes, otherwise it will hurt earthworms.
