I want to interview at Tianjin Cigarette Factory. What kind of preparation do I need? Thank you everyone.

It was my first written test. It was mainly administrative ability test questions and personality tests. The number of questions was relatively large and it seemed to take two hours.

The second time was a discussion without a group leader. It's done after discussing the results. The third time is the interview, where a bunch of people interview you and take turns asking you questions.

I feel like I don’t have any skills. I just need to participate in more interviews to get familiar with it. The interview questions are actually pretty much the same, there are a lot of them online.
