So if a company has the need to recruit people, it is either to realize a new function or to optimize the existing function. However, these two demands are gradually decreasing.

You might say, some companies also need live broadcast function, and I can help them realize it? But in fact, the functions similar to live broadcast are too standardized, so some companies sell their live broadcast cloud to other companies, such as Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud and Voice. If other companies want to use it, it is much cheaper to pay money every year than to recruit people, resulting in the loss of a large number of jobs.

There is always a limit to optimization, and new functional requirements will stimulate more audio and video work. Therefore, there are still 35+ elderly people in the industry, which is caused by the continuous update of the above new functions.
