It depends on the local economic level to set wages.

Local special posts are recruited by the Provincial Department of Education, and wages are paid by local finance. Generally speaking, you can apply for membership after three years of voluntary service in national special posts, and two years in local special posts. In addition, there is not much difference between national special posts and local special posts.

In 2006, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, the former Ministry of Personnel and the Central Committee issued the Notice on Implementing the Special Post Plan for School Teachers in Rural Compulsory Education, and jointly launched the "Special Post Plan" to openly recruit college graduates to teach in rural compulsory education schools in "two basics" counties.
