Guarantor is willing to provide guarantee for your company according to the following conditions:

Warranty period:

The guarantee period under this letter of guarantee is three years from the effective date of the guarantor's signature confirmation, and the three-year signing system is adopted.

Irretrievable

(1) The joint and several liability guarantee under this letter of guarantee will not be revoked or changed due to any change, modification or supplement of the contents of the labor contract concluded between your company and the guarantor;

(2) The joint liability guarantee under this letter of guarantee will not be revoked or changed due to the dissolution or termination of the labor relationship between your company and the warrantee;

(3) The joint and several liability guarantee under this letter of guarantee shall not be revoked or changed due to any other form of guarantee provided by the guarantor to your company.
