(four) to ensure that the guarantor strictly keeps all financial and commercial secrets of your company;

(6) Ensure that the guaranteed party will hand over the relevant business, accounts and relevant materials to your company before leaving the company, and handle all relevant procedures specified by your company;

(VII) Ensure that the guaranteed party has cleared all the payment arrears or other forms of debts of the relevant customers it handled before leaving the company for any reason. I hereby irrevocably agree that if the guarantor fails to make compensation in time due to his failure to abide by or perform the above agreement, our company will provide joint liability guarantee for the compensation responsibilities that the guarantor should bear.

Warranty period:

The guarantee period under this letter of guarantee is three years from the effective date of the guarantor's signature confirmation, and the three-year signing system is adopted.

Irretrievable

(1) The joint and several liability guarantee under this letter of guarantee will not be revoked or changed due to any change, modification or supplement of the contents of the labor contract concluded between your company and the guarantor;

(2) The joint liability guarantee under this letter of guarantee will not be revoked or changed due to the dissolution or termination of the labor relationship between your company and the warrantee;

(3) The joint and several liability guarantee under this letter of guarantee shall not be revoked or changed due to any other form of guarantee provided by the guarantor to your company.
