(2) Qualification examination

According to the qualifications stipulated in the recruitment announcement, our school conducts qualification examination for candidates and determines the object of professional practice examination.

In order to reflect the principle of competitive selection, the number of applicants for each position shall not be less than 3, otherwise the recruitment plan for this position shall be cancelled as appropriate. For a few majors that are in short supply, if the number of applicants for a position is less than three, an examination may be held with the approval of the Provincial Personnel Department, and the minimum score line of the position may be determined according to the average score of the professional test. Candidates whose professional test scores have not reached the minimum score line are not allowed to enter the examination.

According to the reported major, the lecturer randomly selects the course content, prepares lessons in advance 1 hour, and the lecture lasts for 20 minutes. The specific standard of skill operation is determined by the school's employing department, which mainly examines the practical operation skills, lasting for 30 minutes. Each interview lasts 15 minutes, which mainly tests the comprehensive quality and ability of candidates. The interview results were announced on the spot. The order of professional practice examination is determined according to the post and the field lottery number.

The examiner group consists of 7 people, including no less than 2 external examiners.

The final score of accounting and law posts is 30% for written test, 30% for interview, 40% for trial lecture, and 40% for trial lecture, skill operation and interview for electromechanical, electromechanical and electronic posts.

4. Inspection and physical examination

According to the final score from high to low, according to the ratio of 1: 2, the assessment candidates are determined, mainly to examine political thought, moral quality, professional ability, work performance and academic performance. The physical examination is conducted in a tertiary general hospital, and the physical examination standards are implemented with reference to the civil service physical examination standards. If the medical examination is unqualified, the candidates for this position will be replenished from high score to low score according to the final score.

Those who pass the examination and physical examination shall be determined by the recruiting unit and publicized on the website of Anhui Provincial Department of Education for one week.
