Qingyuan minimum wage standard 2022

In 2022, the minimum wage in Qingyuan will be 1.620 yuan/month, and the corresponding hourly minimum wage for part-time employees will be 16. 1 yuan/hour.

The current minimum wage standard in Guangdong Province is divided into four categories.

1, 2300 yuan/month in Guangzhou and 2360 yuan/month in Shenzhen, the corresponding hourly minimum wage for part-time employees is 22.2 yuan/hour;

2. Zhuhai, Foshan, Dongguan and Zhongshan in the second category are 1.900 yuan/month, and the corresponding hourly minimum wage standard for part-time employees is 18. 1 yuan/hour;

Legal basis:

Article 6 of the Minimum Wage Regulations clearly points out that to determine and adjust the monthly minimum wage, reference should be made to the minimum living expenses of local workers and their dependents, the consumer price index of urban residents, the social insurance premiums and housing accumulation funds paid by individual workers, the average wage of workers, the level of economic development, employment status and other factors. Accordingly, the minimum wage standard includes social insurance premiums paid by individuals.

Article 3 of the Regulations on Minimum Wage in Enterprises stipulates that the minimum wage refers to the minimum labor remuneration that an enterprise should pay on the premise that workers provide normal labor within legal working hours.

Article 17 of the Regulations on the Minimum Wage of Enterprises stipulates that the following items are not regarded as part of the minimum wage:

(1) overtime pay;

(2) allowances under special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful;

(3) Employee insurance and welfare benefits stipulated by national laws, regulations and policies.
