How to use cardboard instead of indentation line in handbag design and processing

Most of the paper used to make portable paper bags is coated paper or kraft paper with a basis weight of less than 250g/m2, which is finally folded by hand. Therefore, the indentation processing of paper bags generally does not need to use indentation lines to match steel lines, but uses cardboard instead of indentation lines. The specific operation is as follows. (1) First, clean the bottom plate of the die-cutting machine and stick it with double-sided tape, and then lay a layer of thick cardboard with a quantitative of about 500g/m2 to make it firmly stick to the bottom plate. (2) Using larger forming pressure, start the die cutting machine to make an indentation on the thick paper board. After heavy pressure for many times, there will be deep groove marks on the thick paper board, so be careful not to crush the paper board. (3) Reduce the forming pressure, put in paper and press out creases. This crease must have a certain depth, so that it is not easy to run when folded by hand, but it should not be too deep, so that the folded paper will be crushed or broken, or the portable paper bag will be easily broken due to excessive plastic deformation at the crease in future use, which will affect the service life. Especially when kraft paper is indented, because kraft paper is brittle and its toughness is not as good as coated paper, it is necessary to properly master the forming pressure.
