Recruitment conditions of public security auxiliary personnel of Kunshan Public Security Bureau

First, the recruitment target

4. College degree or above, children of demobilized soldiers, marginal families with minimum living allowance and families with severe disabilities are preferred.

In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:

(1) Having received criminal punishment, reeducation through labor, juvenile discipline or public security punishment.

(2) The criminal suspect has not been identified.

(3) There is a record of dismissal or dismissal by the public security organ.

Third, the application procedure.

Registration time is June1July-20.

2. Physical examination

Physical examination object: All applicants participated in the physical examination. (The medical examination fee is paid by the individual)

Physical examination standard: In addition to the physical conditions required for applying for the exam, refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

3. Written test and physical fitness test

Written test and physical fitness test object: those who pass the physical examination take the written test and physical fitness test.

Written test scope: within the scope of the Guidelines for the Recruitment Examination of Civil Servants of Central State Organs; 100, passing 60 points.

Physical fitness test: 1000m running; On the basis of 5 minutes, score 60 points, if it is lower than 60 points, it will fail. For every increase of 1 sec, plus 1 min, the total score is 100.

Step 4 interview

Interviewer: The scores of written test and physical fitness test are calculated according to 40% and 60% respectively. From high score to low score, determine the interviewer according to the ratio of 1: 1.2.

Those who meet the priority conditions and reach the qualified line and above will be given extra points according to the average score of qualified personnel of 5%.

Conduct a structured interview, and the interview score is 60 points.

5. Political commentary

The object of political examination: according to the proportion of the number of recruits 1: 1, the object of political examination is determined according to the interview results from high to low.

The political examination shall be carried out with reference to the Interim Provisions on the Examination and Political Examination of People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs.

If there are unqualified candidates, political examination will be conducted in turn according to the interview test results.

6. Training and employment

Those who pass the political examination shall be organized and trained by the whole city. Those who pass the training should sign a labor contract with the employer and go through the employment procedures of the employees under the labor contract system according to the regulations; On-the-job employees sign a labor contract with the employer with the certificate of dissolution of the labor contract by the original unit and related materials, and go through the employment procedures of the employees under the labor contract system according to the regulations.

Fourth, treatment.

Public security auxiliary personnel are employees with labor contract system, and the employer pays five insurances, one gold, provident fund and personal accident insurance, distributes uniforms and equipment, and pays wages and bonuses.
