3. Announcement on the relevant provisions and contents of administrative licensing matters directly implemented by the Ministry of Construction (AnnouncementNo. DecreeNo. 278th of the Ministry of Construction).

Second, the handling conditions:

1, and obtain the qualification certificate of Grade II constructor;

Note: For those who have not registered for more than 3 years, provide the continuing education certificate of this major during the latest registration period.

2. Before applying for registration, the applicant must be employed by an enterprise with the qualifications of construction engineering survey, design, construction, supervision, bidding agency and cost consultation, and sign a labor contract with the employing enterprise according to law.
