Interview Form of Beihai Society

(1) The recruitment of municipal units (including municipal teaching assistants) is conducted by structured interview, which is organized and implemented by the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau.

(2) The recruitment of municipal medical insurance (including the affiliated hospital of municipal health school) is conducted by structured interview, and the specific interview plan, proposition and examination organization are organized and implemented by the Municipal Health and Health Commission.

(3) Beihai Cultural Exchange Center conducts professional interviews for dancers, mainly to examine the overall image, basic skills and dance performances of the candidates (China folk dance, modern dance and classical dance are all acceptable). The specific interview plan, proposition and examination organization shall be the responsibility of the Municipal Tourism and Culture Bureau.

(4) The post interview of teachers in the Party School of Beihai Municipal Committee shall be conducted on a trial basis, and PPT courseware shall be made when interviewing candidates. This paper mainly examines the basic teaching qualities and skills of candidates, such as teaching content, teaching methods, multimedia production, gfd and verbal expression. The specific interview plan and proposition are the responsibility of the Party School of Beihai Municipal Committee.

(5) The recruitment of teachers in county schools adopts a trial mode, and the recruitment of other institutions adopts a structured interview mode. The specific interview plan, proposition and examination organization are organized and implemented by the county human resources and social security bureaus.
