Postgraduate degree education is scattered in hospital center, Lanzhou center, Chengdu center, Wuhan center and Shanghai information center, and the management mode of "unified enrollment, unified training and unified degree awarding" is implemented. Over the years, the employment rate of graduates has reached 100%. The academic system of master's degree education is 2.5 years, and doctoral degree education is generally 3 years. There is a graduate teaching assistant system to provide graduate students with opportunities to participate in scientific research and practice. Postgraduates have teaching areas, network classrooms and computer study rooms. The facilities and resources of the center are free for graduate students. In order to stimulate postgraduate study and research, various scholarships have been established. According to the information of official website Center in June, 2065438+June, in April, 2007, the Center formulated and successfully launched the librarian exchange program of China Academy of Sciences. 19 exchange librarians from 16 research institute completed their study and training and passed the examination, and obtained the certificate of exchange librarians of China Academy of Sciences.

Since June, 2006, the Document Information Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the branch libraries of professional libraries have optimized and integrated the training work, unified the deployment, and incorporated it into the talent training system, forming two major curriculum systems, namely, general on-the-job training and advanced professional education, so as to train applied professionals for various libraries, intelligence agencies and consulting companies in China. After passing the examination, a continuing education certificate certified by the Ministry of Personnel will be issued, and the contents recorded in the certificate will be incorporated into the continuing education registration system implemented by the Ministry of Personnel throughout the country as the assessment basis for professional and technical personnel and their positions, professional qualifications and talent flow.
