This paper briefly discusses and explores the present situation and development of the special service support team in Shanghai medical system since its establishment.

Form a background

20 12 because of the fierce conflict between doctors and patients all over the country on 20 12, many vicious incidents that hurt medical staff occurred, which attracted the attention of the whole society. Therefore, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Public Security issued the Circular on Maintaining the Order of Medical Institutions.

All localities are required to strengthen hospital safety precautions, increase investment in civil air defense, physical defense and technical defense, strengthen the personal and property safety protection of medical personnel, safeguard the legitimate doctor-patient relationship, ensure the normal medical order of hospitals and improve the ability to deal with emergencies such as doctor-patient disputes, and form a "few but fine" youth special security team.

So in July of 20 12, the first intensive care team of Shanghai Renji Hospital was born. Then, on September 18, Shanghai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine also set up a special security team.
