How long does it take BYD to interview for employment?

It usually takes 1-3 weeks from interview to employment. After receiving the interview results 3-7 days after the general interview, the enterprise HR will confirm the employment time with the talents and send the employment notice.

1) When notifying the interview results, the enterprise will also determine the employment time and issue an employment notice;

2) Enterprises will arrange interviews for multiple candidates for comparative evaluation when recruiting positions, so there will be 5-7 days after the interview to arrange interviews for other candidates;

3) After all the candidates are interviewed, the enterprise will select the best candidates and determine their salaries;

4) In the process of determining the salary, the internal audit process will be taken, which takes 1-3 days;

5) While waiting for the interview results, you can continue to look for the next company to avoid delaying employment.
