Announcement of Public Recruitment of Teachers in Institutions Affiliated to Xihu District Education Bureau of Hangzhou City

Twenty-nine institutions, including Xihu Vocational High School, affiliated to the Education Bureau of Xihu District, Hangzhou, openly recruit teachers because of their work needs. According to the Implementation Measures of Hangzhou Personnel Bureau for Implementing the Interim Provisions of the Ministry of Personnel on Open Recruitment of Public Institutions (Hangzhou Renfu [2006] No.5), relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the recruitment unit

The 29 units participating in this open recruitment are all financially subsidized institutions.

Second, the recruitment position, scope and conditions

(1) Recruitment position, scope and target

For details, please refer to the open recruitment plan of institutions affiliated to Xihu District Education Bureau in Hangzhou in February 2008 (attachment 1, hereinafter referred to as the plan).

The planned "fresh graduates" refer to the fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities, including the following five types of graduates: (1) graduate students; (2) National key university graduates; (3) Provincial outstanding graduates from ordinary universities; (4) Outstanding graduates from colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province; (5) Graduates with original household registration in Hangzhou (excluding Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District).

The planned "Hangzhou urban household registration" does not include the household registration in Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District.

Non-staff personnel are required to have a household registration in Hangzhou. Those who are employed after examination shall go through the employment procedures for contract workers.

(2) Recruitment conditions

1, law-abiding, love education, good professional ethics;

2. Have the academic qualifications, professional (practicing) qualifications and skills required for the post;

Teachers' college graduates who apply for teacher positions must obtain teacher qualification certificates before reporting, otherwise they will be disqualified.

Postgraduates and fresh graduates of national key universities who apply for teacher positions must obtain teacher qualification certificates within one year of probation, otherwise they will not be employed.

Non-normal graduates from non-national key universities who apply for the post of cultural teacher must issue qualified transcripts of pedagogy and psychology issued by the provincial teacher qualification guidance center at the time of registration, and must obtain the teacher qualification certificate within a one-year probation period after employment, otherwise they will not be employed; Those who apply for the post of teacher in vocational education specialty courses must obtain the teacher qualification certificate within one year of probation, otherwise they will not be hired.

Other personnel who apply for teacher positions must have applicable teacher qualification certificates.

3. Academic qualifications, professional titles and qualifications with job requirements;

4, good health, intermediate and below titles are under 35 years old, and senior teacher titles are relaxed to 40 years old and below;

5. In-service teachers outside the urban area of Hangzhou (excluding Xiaoshan District and Yuhang District) must also meet one of the following conditions: (1) Excellent teachers (teachers with comprehensive honors at or above the county level with intermediate titles); (2) separation of husband and wife (in line with the conditions for entering Hangzhou); (3) transfer with the army.

6. Have other qualifications required by the recruitment position.

Third, registration

1. Registration time: February1Sunday to June 13, 2008 (8: 30 am-165438+0: 00 pm, 14: 00 pm. Registration place: each recruitment unit (see Annex1); Registration method: On-site registration method.

2. Please refer to the list of materials required for registration (Annex 2). In-service teachers must obtain the seal of the original unit in advance to register.

3. Each applicant is limited to one position. Those who meet the registration conditions will be issued an admission ticket after examination.

Fourth, adjust registration.

On June 5438+February 65438+June 2008, the registration of each post was published in Hangzhou Education Metropolitan Area Network (www.hzedu.net). Applicants can adjust their registration or make up the report from June 5438+February 18 to June 5438+09. To adjust the registration, you need to apply to the original applicant for returning the registration materials, and then register with the new unit.

After the transfer registration and supplementary registration, if the number of applicants is less than 3 times of the recruitment plan, the examination will not be opened or the recruitment plan will be reduced as appropriate. On February 22nd, 2008, the latest registration of 65438 and the cancellation of examination positions were announced in Hangzhou Education Metropolitan Area Network (www.hzedu.net). Applicants who do not take the exam can change to other positions that have been confirmed to take the exam on February 24, 2008.

The examination includes written examination and interview, and the written examination and interview results each account for 50% of the total score.

1, written test

On February 28th, 2008, a written test course was held from 9: 00 am to11:00 am, which included professional knowledge of post-related disciplines and teaching materials and methods (the bibliography and scope were not specified). Location of written test: Baokuita Experimental School in Hangzhou (No.81Tianmushan Road, Hangzhou).

Step 2 interview

After the written test, from high score to low score, the interviewer will be determined according to the ratio of recruitment position 1:3. The interview work is organized and implemented by personnel, education and other departments and recruitment units, and supervised by the District Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision. The interview method, time and place will be notified separately.

After the interview, the written test and interview results will be converted into total scores by 50% respectively. Among those who are qualified in the interview (the interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60), the physical examination object is determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 from high to low.

Six, physical examination and assessment

The physical examination and assessment work shall be organized and implemented by the recruiting unit. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the physical examination standards and operating procedures for the qualification of teachers in Zhejiang Province. If there is a physical examination, examination unqualified or voluntarily give up, with the consent of the Xihu District Education Bureau, it can be replenished in turn.

The time and place of physical examination and assessment will be notified separately.

Seven. Publicity and employment

According to the results of examination, physical examination and assessment, the recruiting unit selects the best candidates to be hired and publicizes them in Hangzhou Education Metropolitan Area Network and the recruiting unit for seven days. If there is no objection during the publicity period, after the publicity, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the regulations and the employment contract (including the probation period) shall be signed. If it is found that it does not meet the qualification conditions, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
