Who is Xi Shengyang? Longhua Energy Conservation Independent Director

Mr. Xi Shengyang: Born in 1954, China nationality, with no permanent residency abroad, Master of Philosophy from Nanjing University, Doctor of Education from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Professor and Master Supervisor from Henan University of Science and Technology. He has served as Dean of Business School of Luoyang Institute of Technology, Dean of School of Economics and Management of Henan University of Science and Technology, Dean of School of Management, and Director of Luoyang Financial Expert Committee. Mr. Xi Shengyang has successively presided over the national, provincial and ministerial projects 12, published more than 30 academic articles and books 12, and won provincial and municipal achievement awards 10. He is currently the director of the editorial board of Luoyang Blue Book, the chief researcher of Luoyang Economic and Social Research Center, the director of the Expert Advisory Committee of the 13th Five-Year Plan of Luoyang, and the honorary president of Luoyang Philosophy and Corporate Culture Research Association. He is currently an independent director of the Company.
