Announcement of unified and open recruitment of staff in some counties and districts of Xuzhou in 2023?

According to the spirit of "Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province" (Su Ban Fa [2020] No.9), in order to better select outstanding talents suitable for posts and optimize the personnel structure of institutions in our city, the Organization Department of Xuzhou Municipal Committee and Xuzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau decided to build platforms and provide services for unified open recruitment management posts and general professional and technical posts in some counties (cities) and districts.

The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. qualifications

(1) Having China nationality;

(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and support the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system;

(3) Having good conduct;

(4) Having the physical conditions required for the post;

(5) Age 18 or above, age 35 or below (born between 1 March 19871and March 6, 2005).

Retired soldiers who are discharged from active service according to law can apply for the exam, and the age can be relaxed to 40 years old, and the age calculation method remains unchanged;

(six) with the "Xuzhou City in 2023, some counties (cities) district institutions unified open recruitment of staff posts table" (hereinafter referred to as the "post table") in the post requirements of the qualifications.

1. The "2023 graduates" in the qualification conditions refer to those who graduated in 2023 and have obtained a diploma (degree certificate), but still have no work unit.

Among them, the date of obtaining graduation certificate (degree certificate) for ordinary college graduates who can provide the Graduate Employment Recommendation Form (original) can be relaxed to 65438+February 3, 20231; In the same period, the date for graduates from China (outside the territory) to obtain the diploma (degree certificate) may be appropriately relaxed, but the diploma certification of the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education must be completed before February 3, 20231.

Graduates of ordinary institutions of higher learning in 2023 and 2022, whose file relationship is still in the original graduate institution, or in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service institutions, and public employment service institutions, who graduated abroad in the same period and have completed their academic qualifications but have not yet implemented their work units, may apply for employment of graduates in 2023.

Those who participate in grass-roots service projects, who have no work experience before participating in the service projects, and who pass the examination within 2 years after the service expires, may apply for employment of graduates in 2023.

After retirement 1 year, those who are recruited as conscripts by recent college graduates can apply for employment of graduates in 2023.

2. The "professional" conditions in the qualification conditions are set and reviewed by the competent recruitment departments (units) according to the "Jiangsu Province 2023 Civil Service Professional Reference Catalogue" (hereinafter referred to as the "Professional Reference Catalogue").

Professional conditions also include majors not listed in the professional reference catalogue, but offered by colleges and universities, which are needed by colleges and universities.

The graduation majors of majors and overseas students who are not listed in the professional reference catalogue and recruitment conditions shall be determined by the comprehensive recruitment management departments of counties (cities) and the competent recruitment departments (units) according to the professional conditions stipulated in the recruitment announcement, the professional courses studied by candidates and the research direction.

A major whose professional name has been adjusted, before or after the adjustment, meets the professional requirements of the recruitment position, and the graduation school proves in writing that the major before and after the adjustment is the same major or the professional courses are basically the same, which is regarded as meeting the professional requirements.

3. The deadline for calculating work experience in the qualification conditions is August 3, 20231.

(7) There is no household registration restriction for general positions in this open recruitment.

The "recruitment target" is the post of retired soldier of college graduates, and the candidates must have Xuzhou household registration or be Xuzhou students;

(8) The "recruitment target" is a post of retired soldier of college graduates, and it must meet one of the following conditions: 1. Retired soldiers approved by college graduates in the same year.

2. Retired soldiers who have served for 5 years (inclusive), college graduates;

(nine) students from Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications of ordinary colleges and universities in the mainland and other residents of Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications recognized by the mainland shall apply according to the relevant provisions of the state and Jiangsu Province;

(ten) in any of the following circumstances, no application shall be made:

1. Active servicemen or non-2023 graduates of ordinary institutions of higher learning with national education sequence;

2. Those who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close in-laws with the responsible personnel of public institutions shall not apply for positions such as organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, and financial audit of public institutions; Those who have the above-mentioned relationship with the existing on-the-job personnel, management positions that form a direct relationship between superiors and subordinates after arriving at the post, and positions that should be avoided clearly in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions shall not be employed;

3. The new Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province came into effect on March 13, 2020. According to the subsequent public recruitment announcement of public institutions, people who were employed in various local institutions in Jiangsu Province before September 6, 2023 and whose service period was less than three years;

4. Before September 6, 2023, newly hired civil servants whose five-year service period has not expired, or who leave their work units (posts), shall not be dismissed according to regulations (including explicit agreements);

5. Unless otherwise stipulated by the state and the province, personnel of public institutions shall not be employed.
