II. Conditions for registration

1. Party and government organs, public institutions and cadres of institutions that meet the prescribed conditions in Chaoyang City can register for election.

2. Qualification examination

The Party Working Committee of Yan Dou New District conducts qualification examination of applicants according to the registration conditions and specific requirements of each position.
