Qiao Feng-style management mode, also known as Qiao Feng-style working method, is a social governance mode originated from Qiao Feng Town, Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province. It takes serving the masses as the core, resolving contradictions as the main line and maintaining stability as the goal.

Qiao Feng-style working method realizes the modernization of social governance at the grass-roots level by implementing the working principles of small things not leaving the village, big things not leaving the town and contradictions not being handed over. Qiao Feng's working method has achieved remarkable results in practice, which has been highly praised by the broad masses of the people and all walks of life.

At present, there are 104 units in China named as "Fengqiao Work Law Units", which actively publicize and practice the "Fengqiao Work Law" in their respective fields and have made important contributions to the modernization of grassroots social governance. These selected Qiao Feng-style work law units have fully played their respective functions in preventing and resolving contradictions and disputes, improved the efficiency of social governance, and realized that contradictions are not handed over, safety is not an accident, and services are not lacking.
