I read the basic knowledge of communication and network planning at school today. When I arrived at the hotel, I already felt listless, and there were so many people waiting for the interview. I went to the bathroom to wash my face and was called away.

On the one hand, there are group meetings, and there is no leading group discussion. There are three interviewers. After introducing yourself briefly, give them a topic in order of importance, and then start a group discussion. The landlord didn't feel well today and didn't have brunch. The whole person is in a bad state, so he seldom talks. The group meeting was conducted by 16 people in two groups. Except for the landlords 265,438+065,438+0 and 985, the rest are students of CUHK and South China University of Technology. Several girls spoke very well, but the landlord didn't say a few words during the whole discussion, which was very concise. Then, when the interviewer asked each group to choose the person who made the least contribution to the group, the landlord was pointed out by two team members and shot silently. Fortunately, the interviewer gave me a chance to defend myself, but the landlord expressed his views concisely. I felt like I was going to kneel when I went out. Later, it was found that all the girls who robbed the speech passed. After half of the elimination, the landlord actually stayed. At that time, I was completely relaxed and felt that I had survived, and the following interview followed.

Two sides are the technical side. The interviewer is a very kind uncle. After a brief self-introduction, the interviewer began to ask questions in great detail. Judging from the IT skills on the resume, almost every common routing protocol (RIP, OSPF, BGP, etc. ), TCP/IP protocol stack, switch (VLAN function and division, broadcast storm, Layer 2 &；; Three layers of difference, how to prevent ring, etc. ), and combined with my work in school network management, asked me how to draw the network topology map of dormitory and school. According to the specific problems of the dormitory, I gave the landlord a few questions. (Why do you want to draw like this? Er, what are the disadvantages of this topology? Eh, what do you think should be improved ...) In addition, the landlord wrote some work experiences in Hua Xun during the internship, including ip expansion of Citibank, equipment upgrade of Tencent TIT Creative Park, China Mobile and China Unicom. Three sides are comprehensive. The interviewer is a director or manager. I feel like a leader. I introduced myself first, then asked two simple technical questions, chatted about Huawei's treatment and workplace, and ended up in a pleasant chat for about half an hour.

The fourth round is English computer test. It is divided into two parts: listening and speaking. The difficulty of listening is as simple as a short piece of listening in Band 4. Oral English consists of two parts, one is to read according to the instructions, and the other is to let topic play freely. After the machine test, the HR assistant said that he could go back and wait for the notice, and there would be a notice within five working days. At this point, the landlord has completed all interviews, hard work and other notices.

Overall feeling: it will be crazy to brush people on both sides, and each side looks like half. Therefore, while preparing for one or two aspects, you need to look at RP, so the interviewer's taste is hard to say. Brush less on three sides and machine measurement.
