II. Qualifications
(1) Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, support the leadership of the party, consciously abide by party discipline and state laws, be politically firm, have good quality and good conduct, Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and obey organizational arrangements.
(2) Be physically and mentally healthy and have the physical conditions to perform the job duties normally; have excellent academic performance and have professional knowledge and abilities suitable for the position.
(3) Master’s degree candidates must be under 35 years old (born after July 22, 1985), and PhD candidates must be under 40 years old (born after July 22, 1980).
(4) Graduate normally within the prescribed academic system and obtain academic qualifications and corresponding degree certificates on time. All qualifications, qualifications and related materials required for the introduction of positions must be obtained before July 31, 2021.
(5) Other qualifications that meet the job requirements.
(6) Persons under the following circumstances are not allowed to register:

3. Introduction Procedures
(1) Registration
Registration shall be carried out through online registration and online preliminary review at the same time.

The Organization Department of the Dongchang Prefecture District Committee, in conjunction with the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, will conduct a qualification review based on the information submitted by the applicants.
For those who are qualified to register and meet the introduction conditions, registration shall not be refused; for those who fail the preliminary review, the reasons must be explained; if the submitted materials are incomplete, the missing content shall be noted and the applicants shall be informed to make supplements. After passing the preliminary qualification review, the registration information cannot be changed.
(3) Qualification review
A qualification review will be organized before the interview. Specific requirements will be released on the Dongchangfu District People’s Government website (www.dongchangfu.gov.cn).
The qualification review runs through the entire introduction process. If an applicant is found to have committed fraud or does not meet the registration qualifications at any stage, his qualification will be cancelled. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review as required will be deemed to have given up automatically.
(4) Interview
After the online preliminary review, if the number of people who pass the preliminary review exceeds three times the number of introduced positions and the number exceeds that number, an interview or written examination will be added. Among them, there is no elimination ratio for Ph.D. candidates, all candidates will be included in the inspection scope, and their scores will be used as one of the reference indicators for the inspection. Master's degree candidates will be selected for interviews based on their scores in a ratio of 1:3.
The interview mainly evaluates the candidates comprehensively. In order to ensure the quality of personnel, the passing score for the interview is 80 points. Those with less than 80 points will not be hired. The interview will be conducted using a structured interview method. (5) Physical examination
1. Inspection
According to the interview scores, from high scores to low scores, the candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:1.2 according to the number of positions. The candidates for the inspection scope and the list of inspection candidates will be announced on the Dongchangfu District People’s Government website (www.dongchangfu.gov.cn).
A special inspection team will be set up to conduct inspections and adopt various forms to comprehensively understand the political ideology, moral character, ability and quality of the introduced personnel, job matching, study and work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline, and whether they are needed avoidance and other aspects, and review the personal files of introduced personnel in accordance with relevant regulations. The vacancies caused by abandoning the inspection or failing the inspection will be filled in equal amounts from high scores to low scores according to the interview scores.
2. Physical examination
For those who pass the examination, candidates for the physical examination will be determined at a ratio of 1:1 according to the introduction plan, and physical examinations will be organized uniformly. If the imported personnel fail to take the physical examination at the specified time and place, they will be deemed to have given up. The time and location of the physical examination will be notified later. (6) Public announcement of employment
Those candidates who have passed the interview, inspection, and physical examination will be publicly announced to the public. The publicity period is 5 working days. If problems affecting the introduction are reported and verified during the publicity period, their qualification for introduction will be cancelled. If there are no problems at the expiration of the publicity period or the reported problems do not affect the introduction, the employment procedures will be processed. Introduced personnel shall implement a probation period system in accordance with regulations. Those who are qualified upon expiration of the period shall be formally employed, and those who are unqualified shall have their employment contracts terminated. The minimum service period for introduced personnel is three years.
IV. Benefits
The wages, benefits, insurance and other benefits of introduced personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations for on-the-job personnel in Dongchangfu District.
